Client Services Assistant
As a member of the Client Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for all potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, responding to client queries, and generally providing assistance to all clients.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients via incoming calls and provide timely, accurate and clear responses.
- Monitor any shared emails and ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner or directed to the correct team member.
- Meet and greet clients at reception in a welcoming manner to ensure excellent client experience.
- Chase clients for records via email/text or phone as and when necessary.
- Update all relevant systems once records are received and inform relevant team member.
- Maintain client data and update all internal systems/HMRC and the relevant department if client details change.
- Scan client documents/paperwork as and when required.
- Provide general administration and support to all departments as and when required.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
No formal qualifications are required for this position, but customer service experience is essential in a busy office environment.

- Display a reasonable knowledge and understanding of a professional office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Displays each of the following attributes – excellent work ethic/dedication/punctual/initiative/proactive/attention to detail/organised/self/motivated.
- Confidence to develop client relationships and build rapport with the team and clients.
- Competent working knowledge of key MS office software, particularly MS Excel.

Hours of work
Monday – Thursday 9 – 5pm. Friday 9 – 4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Expected hours: 35 per week
