Your Role as a Support Worker

You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to support Adults from the 18-80+ in their homes, enabling them to live fulfilling, safe, and independent lives. Your day may include:

  • Supporting personal care routines with dignity and respect
  • Delivering specialised care (e.g. PEG, stoma, tracheostomy – full training provided!)
  • Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
  • Promoting independence and enabling choice in daily living
  • Maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards
  • Being a warm, consistent and reliable presence for the people we support

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind, patient and proactive approach
  • Experience in care is desirable, but not essential – we provide full training
  • A willingness to learn new clinical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or sleep-ins if required
  • A full driving licence is beneficial
