Working as part of a small frontline team, you will support the delivery of quality youth work, which engages young people. Volunteers are continually needed across our programmes to enable exciting experiences for young people. As a youth & community volunteer, you will be on hand to engage young people in conversation, share your skills or support programmes in practical ways. You will build voluntary and trusting relationships to facilitate non-formal and informal education, to build ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ skills.

Creating a Safe EnvironmentEnsuring young people can access safe and respectful environments which value differences and promote acceptance, in line with agreed codes of conduct, health & safety and safeguarding guidelines.
