We are looking for reliable and friendly Facilities Assistants to support the day to day running of our venue on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts available). This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and taking pride in their environment. As a Facilities Assistant you will play an important part in ensuring our venues run smoothly, safely and provide a great experience for all visitors. From welcoming customers to helping set up events, your work will help create a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and customers
- Supporting bookings, enquiries, and basic admin tasks
- Serving refreshments and handling payments
- Helping set up rooms and event spaces
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the venue
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Qualifications
