Fundraising & Events Administrator to support the delivery of our fundraising activities and community events programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, thrives on organisation and wants to make a genuine difference through their work.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Events, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure our fundraising campaigns and events run smoothly and successfully.

You will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting communications and maintaining excellent relationships with our supporters, sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Part-Time – 22.5 Hours per Week (3 Days)
  • Based in Ipswich | Salary £24,762 – £27,419 per annum (FTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across fundraising and event activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of event attendees, sponsors, fundraising income and participation data.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to supporters, fundraisers and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and distribution of fundraising campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist with promoting fundraising initiatives and community events across appropriate media platforms.
  • Maintain fundraising databases and supporter information.
  • Attend fundraising events, presentations and meetings as required.
