Our infrastructure division plays a vital role in safeguarding critical civil infrastructure across the UK and beyond. Through Inspire Structures, our specialist teams deliver high‑precision inspections and engineering solutions for assets including rail, highway and airside structures. Using a wide range of specialist access techniques, including rope access, confined space entry, underwater inspections and drone surveys, we’re able to safely inspect and assess even the most challenging locations, providing our customers with reliable insight into the condition and integrity of their assets.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in planning site examinations, including identifying risks
- Carry out examinations of structures to determine structural condition
- Compile and submit clear and accurate condition reports
- Take responsibility for your own health, safety and wellbeing, as well as that of others
- Once trained, support specialist examinations involving confined spaces or rope access techniques

To join our team, you will need:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including Maths and English
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- To be medically fit and able to pass pre‑employment and ongoing medicals, including drug and alcohol testing
