We are seeking a proactive and detailâoriented CRM / Business Development Executive to support our clients global Business Development team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our CRM system, managing customer quotation followâups, and conducting research across worldwide markets, customers, and projects. The ideal candidate is organised, techâsavvy, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced, internationally focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate customer, project, and opportunity data.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing, cleaning, and validating information.
- Support the Business Development team by generating reports, dashboards, and insights from CRM data.
