Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Purchasing Executive on behalf of our client based in Sheffield.

As Purchasing Executive, youll take ownership of approximately 20 suppliers, ensuring stock levels are optimised and the flow of goods runs smoothly from order to delivery.
Youll manage day-to-day purchasing processes, drive improvements in how we track and manage stock, and collaborate across the business to keep everything running seamlessly.
Youll manage and improve:
- Supplier ordering (UK & International) and stock planning
- ERP reports and data to maintain optimal stock levels
- Supplier relationships and performance tracking
- Delivery tracking, transport planning, and Goods In coordination
- Cross-team collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations
- Identification of process improvements and automation opportunities

- Technical proficiency Confident with ERP systems (LV or similar), Excel, and data-driven stock management.
- Strong attention to detail Ensures accuracy across orders, stock levels, and reports.
