Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Brand Development Executive on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

Duties:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across UK and international markets.
  • Research prospective customers and proactively generate new sales leads.
  • Build relationships with retailers, distributors and commercial partners.
  • Arrange and attend customer meetings to present products and business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM systems.
  • Support the management and growth of existing customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product listings and increase sales within existing customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and product launches.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the commercial team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial, merchandising, sales support or customer-facing role.
  • A genuine passion for sales and business development.
  • Confidence approaching new customers and building lasting business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
  • A full UK driving licence.
