- Receiving, logging and processing customer enquiries.
- Preparing customer quotations and processing orders.
- Following up quotations to make sure customers have everything they need for their project.
- Attending project and production meetings.
- Liaising with the technical team regarding bespoke items to accurately price.
- Coordinating projects from start to finish.
- Updating customers on progress.
