Quality Control Coordinator

Quality Control Coordinator Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Quality Control Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Alfreton. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting QC Due Diligence Checks and Inspections to ensure product compliance. * Identifying quality issues and providing resolutions. * Compiling departmental reports. * Liaising with factories to discuss and resolve any quality issues that have arisen. * Collaborating with the warehouse team to receive and return stock for QC checks and testing. * Coordinating testing at 3rd party test houses. * Assisting with testing at our in-house Lab, following safe ways of working and ensuring the Lab and equipment is carefully maintained and kept clean and tidy. * Maintaining the returns log in a timely manner and helping create and maintain returns reports. * Ensuring products meet all regulation and sustainable requirements. General Responsibilities: * Help maintain accurate paperwork, logs, sample records and stock records. * To assist with the running of the Quality Department when the Quality and Compliance Manager is absent. * Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of work areas and following all relevant H&S regulations and policies. * Undertaking any other duties required as agreed with the Quality and Compliance Manager. * Keeping up to date with national and international industry regulations. About you: * Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience in Quality Assurance. * An eye for detail and a methodical work approach with the ability to use initiative and think of solutions for quality problems. * Superior verbal and written communication skills * To be confident liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers. * Ability to manage own time and to work both on your own and to follow instructions. * Knowledge of standard and business specific IT applications. * Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines. * Willing to learn new skills. £30k Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for multiple roles in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Purchasing / Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, IT, Operations, HSEQ, Production & Engineering
