Workshop Manager – Plant Hire Ludlow Depot (SY8 3QF) Monday–Friday, 42.5 hours per week Competitive salary + bonus + benefits We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the workshop team at our Ludlow depot.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained, repaired, and fully compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy plant hire environment, overseeing a fleet including excavators, rollers, dumpers, pavers, loading shovels, and welfare units.
