Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business. The successful candidate will design recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, support workforce planning initiatives and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a strategic, proactive and solutions-focused role requiring strong stakeholder management and in-depth recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job briefs, create tailored attraction strategies and advise on market insights.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for future vacancies.
- Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, and support managers in selection and assessment.
- Develop recruitment processes that improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire and strengthen quality of hire.
- Produce recruitment metrics, talent pipeline reports and workforce planning insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Lead on employer branding initiatives, job advert creation and candidate experience improvements.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders to widen talent pipelines.
