Lead Generation Specialist
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of our client in Mansfield.
As our clients Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities across our clients diverse portfolio of services.
You'll use a combination of research, insight and outbound engagement to identify prospective clients, initiate meaningful conversations and qualify opportunities for our clients sales team.
This is a consultative role requiring curiosity, commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
Success will come from asking the right questions, understanding business challenges and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities across companies marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce and operational service offering.
- Research and identify target organisations, key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple sectors.
- Engage prospective clients through telephone, email, Linked In and other outbound channels.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs, challenges and strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities using CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and subject matter experts to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Monitor pipeline performance, analyse activity and conversion data, and continuously refine lead generation approaches.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges and industry developments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed lead generation and pipeline targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development or outbound B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, questioning and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer activity.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
