Inspire Resourcing Ltd are assisting our client in Mansfield seeking Electrical Fitters to join their team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and modification of electrical equipment. The position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain all aspects of electrical panels. Some site work may be required.
- Work closely with clients during project delivery, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards set by the Site Service Engineer (SSE).
- Carry out modifications and maintenance, both as part of a team and occasionally independently.
- Assist in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Produce and submit service reports to the SSE or client when required.
- Support occasional work on site.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service at all times.
Working Requirements
- Flexibility to work early or late shifts, including weekends, with time off in lieu or paid overtime available.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when required.
- Ability to lodge away from home overnight for site-based work (occasional).
- Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to changing schedules.
Skills & Experience
- Completed electrical apprenticeship.
- NVQ Level 3 in an electrical discipline (essential).
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Full UK driving licence (essential).
