As Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a team, and supporting the wider strategic direction of the firm. You will work closely with Directors and Partners and receive structured support and mentorship toward future Directorship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants
  • Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and office development
  • Ensuring compliance and consistently high levels of client service

The Successful Candidate

You will be:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Strong practice background with ideally 3+ years PQE
  • Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level
  • Proven ability to manage own workload and support team development
  • Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Fully competent with accounts preparation software (IRIS preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience managing a mixed client portfolio and contributing to business development
