As Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a team, and supporting the wider strategic direction of the firm. You will work closely with Directors and Partners and receive structured support and mentorship toward future Directorship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants
- Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and office development
- Ensuring compliance and consistently high levels of client service
The Successful Candidate
You will be:
- Proactive and organised

- Forward-thinking and commercially aware
- Self-motivated and ambitious
Qualifications & Experience:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong practice background with ideally 3+ years PQE
- Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level
- Proven ability to manage own workload and support team development
- Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Fully competent with accounts preparation software (IRIS preferred)
- Demonstrable experience managing a mixed client portfolio and contributing to business development
