The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant, machinery, and equipment to ensure maximum operational uptime, efficiency, reliability, and safety. Working closely with the Engineering and Production teams, the postholder will support continuous improvement activities and contribute to maintaining a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on production machinery, equipment, and associated systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective repair solutions.
- Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery and equipment as required.
- Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
