Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Production Lead on behalf of our fantastic client based in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity to join a market leading business, who are passionate about innovation.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of assemblers and technicians to assemble and test monitoring equipment. The main duties are as follows:

  • To build, test, calibrate and repair a wide variety of electronic assemblies.
  • Functional testing of both new and existing products at the sub-assembly, PCB and completed instrument level.
  • Undertake the building and testing of a wide variety of electronic assemblies, from discrete PCBs to finished products.
  • Responsible for fault finding and repairing products both at the PCB level and finished product.
  • Responsible for recording test results accurately.
  • Responsible for reviewing the build/test data and determining opportunities for improvement in yield and process performance.

Knowledge, task, support and manage the team on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for ensuring that every member of their team is appraised in accordance with the company’s appraisal team. Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is always maintained and production quality is maximised.
