Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting for a global company within their office in Belper. Our client is a market leader, offers career progression in fast paced business with a family friendly environment. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about giving excellent customer service Duties for Customer Service Advisors include: * Delivering professional, world class customer service over the telephone and email * Keeping in touch with customers always keeping them informed ensuring world class customer service * Arranging engineers’ visits * Answering all telephone calls answered in line with company standards * Working in line with company processes and targets * Liaising with management and colleagues across various departments Experience required for Customer Service Advisors: * Demonstrate excellent customer service experience * Able to use Microsoft platforms * Experienced upselling products and services to meet customers’ requirements * Passion to learn new skills, positive and determined to succeed Permanent The contact Centre are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00, Saturday 8:00 – 15:00 and Sunday 8:00 – 12:00 and successful candidates will be assigned shifts during these times. £26.5k plus bonus
