Inspire Resourcing Ltd are working with a long established client in Chesterfield. Due to growth and strong working relationships they have an opportunity for a Production Operator / FLT Driver.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of the client products. You will collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing production workflows and minimizing downtime, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

In addition to your technical skills, your role will involve monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance. Requirements:
