We’re looking for a Graduate / Associate Recruitment Resourcer to join Inspire People, supporting the delivery of technology professionals into major UK public sector programmes. This is an entry-level role, ideal if you’re keen to learn the foundations of recruitment in a supportive, structured environment. Starting salary circa £25k plus £12k uncapped bonus per annum. Based in Discovery Park, Sandwich.

You’ll be trained to source and engage technology candidates, build relationships, and support live recruitment campaigns, all while developing skills that will set you up for a long-term career in tech recruitment. As a named supplier on frameworks such as Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6277 and Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), you’ll be helping place talent into roles that genuinely make a difference to public services.

As a Graduate / Associate Recruitment Resourcer you will:

  • Learn how to source and engage technology candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and modern recruitment tools.
  • Support the delivery team by building and maintaining candidate pipelines for live contract and permanent roles.
  • Speak with candidates regularly by phone, video, and messaging to understand their skills, motivations, and availability.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships through consistent, professional communication.
  • Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of applications.
  • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up to date, learning best practice recruitment processes as you go.
  • Attend client briefings (via Teams) to learn how requirements are gathered and translated into successful hires.

About You: You don’t need recruitment experience as we’ll train you, but you should bring:

  • A genuine interest in people, technology, and building a professional career.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people on the phone and via video.
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail, with pride in doing things properly.
  • A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfort using basic IT tools such as Microsoft Office and online platforms (training provided on recruitment systems).
  • Motivation to work towards clear goals and develop commercially over time.
  • Graduates, career starters, and candidates from customer service, sales support, or IT admin backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.
