Inspire People is partnering with HMLR to recruit a Lead Infrastructure Specialist - Security, a senior technical leadership role responsible for strengthening cyber security capabilities across a large-scale, nationally significant technology estate.
£57,000 to £70,900 plus 28.97% employer pension contribution. Based in Plymouth with minimum 60% office-based across the month.
As a Lead Infrastructure Specialist - Security you will:
- Act as a recognised security subject matter expert, accountable for the design, implementation and management of cyber security controls and assessment functions.
- Provide technical leadership across security engineering, cyber defence, security assurance and incident management activities.
- Lead the continual improvement of security controls, assessment methodologies and cyber resilience capabilities.
- Influence technical decision-making across infrastructure and security teams, ensuring solutions align with business and technology strategies.
- Design and implement security controls to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities across infrastructure, platforms and services.
- Work closely with architects, technical leads, suppliers and delivery teams to deliver secure, resilient technology solutions.
- Develop capability across engineering teams through mentoring, coaching and technical leadership.
