We're looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Resourcer / Senior Delivery Consultant to join Inspire People, specialising in technology contract recruitment. In this role, you'll focus on placing tech contractors by building and nurturing a strong contractor network. Hybrid working (Discovery Park, Sandwich). £27k to £30k basic plus uncapped OTE.
As a named supplier on frameworks such as Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6277 and Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), you'll work with a range of public bodies, delivering quality talent to projects that truly matter. Key Responsibilities for the Senior IT Recruitment Resourcer include:- Source, engage, and place top technology contractors across functional and leadership roles.
- Build and nurture a strong contractor network, keeping talent engaged and ready for future roles.
- Utilise modern RecTech tools to identify and approach talent, including video platforms, social media engagement, and video/phone interviews.
- Develop engaged talent pools through consistent communication and strong candidate relationships.
- Attend client briefings (via Teams) to understand requirements and collaborate with consultants to deliver results swiftly.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date ATS.
Whether already a Tech Recruiter or possessing recruitment experience in another related contract field, this role is ideal for those with:
- Contract recruitment experience (technology sector preferred) or public sector recruitment.
- Strong customer service skills, excelling at delivering great experiences for clients and candidates, and confident using CRMs and MS Office.
- High attention to detail, taking pride in accuracy and quality in every interaction.
- Proactive time management, staying organised and performing under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills, finding innovative ways to engage niche or hard-to-reach talent.
- Relationship-building skills, confident communicating via video, phone, and social media, and enjoying connecting with people.
Meeting or exceeding agreed weekly KPIs and/or revenue targets.
