The Role:
As a Systems Configuration Analyst, you will delve into the intricacies of our current systems, focusing on the algorithmic responses of our Variable Message Signage. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a robust method for storing and managing this vital information, facilitating a seamless transition to our new systems estate. This role involves close collaboration with both operational and systems contractors to assimilate complex configuration data and present it in a manageable format, safeguarding the future operation of Traffic Scotland systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document the configuration of existing systems, particularly in relation to Variable Message Signage.
- Develop processes and tools for managing systems configuration data.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, maintaining credible relationships and providing high-level advice and support.
- Assist in the transition of existing configurations into new systems, contributing to the broader systems transformation project.
- Support the ongoing management of the supply chain in delivering the Traffic Scotland System and associated services.
