As a Headteacher, you serve as the lead professional responsible for the strategic direction, daily management, and academic success of the school. Guided by the mission of putting "children at the heart," your role involves leading a dedicated staff team, maintaining a rigorous culture of safeguarding, and embedding core values to ensure that every pupil, regardless of their starting point, is empowered to reach their full potential and transform their future prospects. You are expected to drive continuous improvement while building strong, approachable relationships with the wider community.
