Inspire Partnership Academy Trust is seeking a Community Champion Lead to work across Medway's Delce Academy, Chattenden Primary School and Elaine Primary School. You will build trusted relationships with families and communities, support attendance and belonging, and connect families with local services.
You will visit homes, host coffee meetings, and bring community organisations into our schools, helping children feel they belong and thrive through strong partnership work.
