As Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements, providing clear oversight, accountability and direction. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive culture where employees and volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver their best work.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Adult safeguarding: Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, including identifying, managing and escalating risk appropriately and applying safeguarding policies in practice.
- Experience of working in housing, homelessness or related support services, supporting people with multiple needs.
- Experience and understanding of housing legislation and regulatory requirements, including working with landlords.
