We're looking for a Housing & Resettlement Caseworker to join our Accommodation Gateway team. This is a role where no two days are the same. You'll support people with a diagnosis of, or traits consistent with, Personality Disorder, alongside others with complex needs, helping them secure accommodation, build stability and move towards greater independence.
You'll work alongside individuals, housing providers and partner organisations to create positive outcomes, overcome barriers and help people take the next step forward.
