Join our Team as a Mental Health Support Worker! Do you want to make a positive impact on people’s lives? If so, join one of our friendly Intermediate Hostel Teams! As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide a flexible, supportive and responsive service to people who have a history of mental ill health and distress. You will be passionate, inspirational, open minded and most importantly you will be yourself. Every day is different; you will get a buzz from the variety of challenges you’ll face each shift and make a real difference to the lives of clients. What’s essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our clients.

So, if you have:

  • Experience of building and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Great interpersonal skills including listening and empathy
  • Experience of providing support in a 1:1 and/or group work setting
  • The ability to work collaboratively and positively with clients, carers, and other service providers

  • 1 x 18.5 hours per week (part time), Maltings Close, LS11 5DT
  • 1 x 37.5 hours per week (full time), Brigid House, LS15 7EP
  • 1 x 37.5 hours per week (full time), Alexander House, LS17 8NE
