We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the quality and compliance agenda across Inspire North. In this role you’ll support services to meet and exceed regulatory requirements, prepare for inspections, and turn insight into meaningful improvement.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into

  • You’ll lead quality and compliance across the organisation, working closely with teams to support audits, inspections and best practice.
  • Lead audits and inspections, supporting teams to meet and exceed expected standards.
  • Help services achieve and maintain key accreditations (such as CSE, IIAS and ISO).
  • Use feedback from clients, tenants and surveys to identify what's working well and where we can improve.
  • Provide practical guidance on data protection and ensure good GDPR practice across teams.
  • Support strong, fair complaints processes in line with Ombudsman requirements.
  • Contribute to reports, governance activity and funding bids that shape our organisation.
  • Line manage and support a Team Administrator to grow and succeed in their role.
