Are you confident working with data, audits and frameworks - but just as comfortable building relationships and supporting people to succeed?

At Inspire North, our Quality and Compliance Team plays a vital role in making sure our services are safe, effective and continuously improving - so we can deliver the best possible outcomes for the people and communities we support. We're now looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join us and take the lead in shaping and embedding high standards across the organisation. This is a varied and influential role where you'll work across teams, supporting services to meet and exceed regulatory requirements, preparing for inspections, and turning insight into meaningful improvement.

If you're curious, analytical and passionate about doing things properly (and with purpose), we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be getting stuck into

  • You’ll lead quality and compliance across Inspire North, helping our services deliver high standards and keep getting better.
  • Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll support audits, inspections and best practice - using feedback and insight to strengthen performance and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead audits and inspections, supporting teams to meet and exceed expected standards.
  • Help services achieve and maintain key accreditations (such as CSE, IiV and ISO).
  • Use feedback from clients, tenants and surveys to identify what’s working well and where we can improve.
  • Provide practical guidance on data protection and ensure good GDPR practice across teams.
  • Support strong, fair complaints processes in line with Ombudsman requirements.
  • Contribute to reports, governance activity and funding bids that shape our organisation.
  • Line manage and support a Team Administrator to grow and succeed in their role.

What Makes You Our Kind of Person

  • You don’t need to tick every box - we’ll support your development - but you’ll feel at home in this role if you:
  • Enjoy improving how things work and take pride in doing things well.
  • Are organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and build positive relationships across teams.
  • Feel confident working with data, audits or processes – and turning insight into action.
  • Are proactive, curious and always looking for ways to make things better.
  • Care about inclusion, listening to others and delivering great services.

Why Join Us

At Inspire North, we know that when people feel supported, appreciated and encouraged to be themselves, they can do amazing things - and we want you to be part of that. Here’s what you’ll enjoy as part of our team:

  • Flexible working options to help you balance work and life in a way that works for you.
  • Hybrid working, giving you a mix of home and office time.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service.
  • Personalised learning and development opportunities to support your growth.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling and GP services.
