Are you passionate about supporting people as they build confidence and achieve their goals? As a Housing Support Worker, working in our Core and Cluster team, you will support vulnerable young people aged 16-25, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seekers to move towards independent living. You’ll be self‑motivated, solution‑focused, and a creative thinker.

What you’ll do:

  • Offer 1:1 and group‑based support and practical advice on housing, tenancy management, budgeting, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with agencies, families, and social networks to build a support system around each young person.
  • Promote client involvement and co‑production of services through workshops and feedback channels.
  • Work an evening and weekend shift rotation.

What you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people.
  • Experience of providing support in housing, social care or youth work settings.
  • A working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
