Fixed-Term until 31 Dec 2027
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for improving health and wellbeing outcomes? Do you thrive on supporting teams, building partnerships, and driving high-quality services?
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Leeds Stop Smoking Services, ensuring people receive high-quality, person-centred support in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environment. As Service Manager, you will play a key role in empowering individuals to improve their health and wellbeing while leading a dedicated team to achieve excellent outcomes.

You will oversee performance against contractual and organisational targets, manage service budgets, maintain strong relationships with partners and commissioners, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection requirements.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will drive service development, champion co-production, oversee referrals and assessments, and ensure services remain accessible and responsive to the diverse needs of the communities we support. You will also participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota and undertake the role of Accountable Emergency Officer when required.
If you are a motivated and compassionate leader who enjoys developing people, improving services and creating positive change, we would love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage, develop and motivate teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building skills, with experience working effectively with stakeholders, commissioners and external organisations.
- Commercial and operational awareness, including budget management, performance monitoring, risk management and driving continuous service improvement.
- A commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, with experience supporting diverse communities, a relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards one), and the ability to travel for work.
