Inspire North is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for Oakwood Hall Service in the United Kingdom.
You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults in a 24-hour setting, helping residents build daily living skills and independence.
You’ll work closely with residents, families and professionals, coordinating care, recording progress and promoting positive outcomes, including safeguarding and risk management.
A rota covers weekends and nights as required.
