Join Our Team as a Housing Support Worker! Do you enjoy giving support and empowering the next generation as they take their first steps towards independence? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide dedicated support to our dynamic team, to deliver housing-related support to vulnerable young people aged 16-25, including those leaving care and from diverse backgrounds, as they transition into independent living.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Someone who can work independently to manage their own workload, effectively plan and prioritise tasks to consistently deliver results.
  • Experience of managing a caseload, delivering support, and maintaining records.
  • A person experienced in supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis and in group work setting through challenging situations.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Working hours/days to be discussed at interview based on the availability of the candidate. Once agreed, the days/hours would be on a permanent working rota.
