Join Our Team as a Housing & Resettlement Caseworker! Looking for a role where no two days are the same and what you do really change lives? Do you enjoy problem solving, building trusted relationships, and helping people move forwards with confidence? Then this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Housing & Resettlement Caseworker, you’ll play a key role supporting individuals with a diagnosis of, or traits consistent with, Personality Disorder, as well as people with other complex needs. Your focus will be helping them access secure housing and appropriate resettlement opportunities, supporting them to build stability and independence. You’ll work closely with Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust, supporting individuals who are at risk of admission to, or currently placed within, low or medium secure inpatient care. This is a varied and dynamic role, based across Yorkshire and Humberside, where your impact will be felt every single day.

  • Enjoy motivating others, negotiating solutions and building positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts and Partnerships.
  • Willingness to learn and develop understanding of personality disorder and to develop self to be an effective practitioner.
  • Experience of working positively with housing providers to prevent homelessness and resettle clients.
