Do you enjoy leading teams to make a real difference in people’s lives? As a Complex Needs Team Leader, you’ll play a key role supporting vulnerable adults aged 16+ who are experiencing homelessness, isolation, or facing a range of complex support needs. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred support that empowers individuals to build confidence, develop independence, and take positive steps towards stable and secure living. You’ll foster an inclusive, compassionate and supportive team culture, ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards, and step in for the Service Manager when needed. Who we’re looking for:
- Demonstrate a commitment to supporting clients to take an active role in shaping the services they receive.
- Able to self-manage, effectively plan and prioritise tasks and consistently deliver results.
- Good knowledge of tenancy and property management including rent management and court procedures.
- Experience of leading, supervising and managing staff, students or volunteers.
