At Inspire Neurocare, we support adults with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to live more independent, meaningful lives. We deliver personalised rehabilitation, nursing care and therapeutic support that goes beyond traditional long-term care. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated part time Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team working 17 hours a week!
What you will be doing:
- Creating and leading meaningful group and individual activities that celebrate each resident's strengths, spark engagement, and support their personal journey of recovery and wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with the Therapy, Care and Nursing teams to ensure activities support each resident's rehabilitation journey.
- Leading on developing partnerships within the community and supporting residents to explore new experiences and engage with local activities that enrich their lives.
- Inspiring and encouraging resident participation and celebrating achievements, no matter how big or small, to help build resident confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of personal accomplishment.
- Leading and inspiring colleagues across all departments to embrace a positive and creative living environment.
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive environment.
- Sourcing meaningful resources and planning community-based experiences that reflect residents' interests and aspirations.
- Taking the time to get to know each resident and supporting them in a way that respects their goals, preferences and independence.

Our approach goes beyond traditional rehabilitation and long-term care. By tailoring nursing care and therapeutic support to each individual’s goals, preferences and needs, we empower people to achieve the best possible outcomes and enhance their overall wellbeing.
