We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team. The role involves delivering individualised physiotherapy interventions to residents with a range of neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about Neuro Rehab and enjoys working holistically within a dynamic service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults with neurological conditions
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence‑based rehabilitation programmes
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, residents, and families to support person‑centred rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards
- Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as required
- Provide education, advice, and support to residents
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development activities
- Adhere to HCPC, CSP, and organisational policies and procedures
