We deliver personalised rehabilitation, nursing care and therapeutic support that goes beyond traditional long‑term care. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Centre Manager to join our dedicated team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensuring the Centre remains fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements, consistently achieving and maintaining at least a "GOOD" CQC rating, while continually striving to exceed these standards.
  • Managing the effective use of available resources to increase occupancy within the Centre whilst ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care possible.
  • Representing the service at multi‑disciplinary meetings and reviews while building positive partnerships with local services and the wider community.
  • Promoting the Inspire Neurocare values of Commitment, Compassion, Creativity and Collaboration.

We’re Looking For a Centre Manager With

  • Qualified Profession with either HCPC or NMC registration.
  • 2 years’ experience as a Centre Manager or Registered Manager is essential.
  • Qualification in Leadership and Management.
  • Deep understanding of neurological conditions and experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum 5 years’ post‑registration experience delivering care to individuals with complex health needs within a similar setting (care or neuro).
  • Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cognitive, behavioural, or physical rehabilitation approaches.
  • Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
  • Passion and empathy with a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.
