Job Description

Our services are highly specialised, but highly varied, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions and symptoms, including brain injury, spinal injuries, PDOC, progressive conditions and stroke. Whether providing short-term specialist rehabilitation to increase people’s independence, long-term complex care, or end-of-life care, we respond to the needs of each and every individual.
We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team to ensure that the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs. Working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of Inspire Neurocare.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

- You’ll responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and treatment of highly complex neurological conditions.
- Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measure, carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans.
- Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.
- Identify and source specialist equipment for all residents with complex physical needs; ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean and safe to use.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
