About Inspire Neurocare: Inspire Neurocare supports people living with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, stroke, complex dementias and progressive neurological conditions. At our neurological services in Basingstoke, Farnborough, Southampton and Worcester, we support adults of all ages with specialist neurorehabilitation and long-term complex nursing care. At Inspire Neurocare, we place the people we support at the heart of our service and shape our specialist care and rehabilitation around their unique needs.

Open Day Details:

  • Wednesday 12th August 2026
  • Morning Session from 10am
  • Afternoon Session from 1:30pm
  • Interview slots will be allocated closer to the day

We are expanding our team at our Farnborough service, and on the day we will be looking for:

  • Rehab Assistants Days & Nights - £27,087.50 (Permanent, Full time – 38.5 hours)
  • Senior Rehab Assistants - £29,959.69

What To Bring On The Day:

  • An up-to-date CV
  • Right to Work/Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate)
  • Proof of Address within the last 3 months (Utility Bill, Council Tax, Gas, Electric or Bank statement)

Location: 361 Fernhill Road, Farnborough, GU14 9EN. At Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough, we focus on empowering people to live with independence. Our approach goes beyond traditional rehabilitation and long-term care; we strive to tailor our nursing care and specialised therapeutic methods to align with each person's preferences and needs. This bespoke approach ensures that we not only meet but exceed the expectations for quality outcomes, enhancing the well-being and quality of life for those we support.

At Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough, our interdisciplinary team of experts, including neuro physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists, work to tailor rehabilitation and care that improve people’s lives.
