As a HR & Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our services by ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain high-quality clinical and non-clinical professionals. You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, manage compliance processes, and provide efficient HR administrative support to ensure our workforce remains fully compliant, engaged, and aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and corporate roles
- Draft and post job adverts across relevant platforms
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications
- Conduct compliance checks (right to work, DBS, professional registrations, references)
- Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and support regulatory audits
- Supporting our services with recruitment events
About You
- Previous HR or recruitment administration experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Experience with HR systems/ATS desirable
