We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Trainer (Band 8 Equivalent) to join Inspire Neurocare, a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical excellence, upskilling our workforce, and improving outcomes for people with complex neurological needs.

This is not a classroom-only role. It is a dynamic, hands-on, strategic position designed for a confident clinician who can coach teams, embed best practice, and deliver high-quality, specialist clinical education.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver advanced clinical skills training aligned to specialist neurological and complex-care pathways
  • Validate and reassess competencies through direct observation, simulation, and clinical coaching
  • Support new nurses, HCAs and clinical staff during induction and supernumerary periods
  • Drive improvements through clinical audits, learning from incidents, and targeted skills development
  • Collaborate with Home Managers, Clinical Leads, and Governance teams
  • Develop a structured annual training calendar across four services
  • Contribute to inspection readiness and strengthen CQC compliance

This is a high-profile role with strong organisational visibility and a direct impact on quality, safety and outcomes.

We’re Looking For a Clinical Trainer With

  • A Registered Nurse (Adult or Learning Disabilities) with strong clinical expertise
  • Experienced in neurological, complex care, ICU/HDU, or respiratory practice
  • Confident delivering training, coaching and competency assessments
  • An excellent communicator who can inspire and influence teams
  • Passionate about developing others and improving clinical quality
  • Organised, autonomous, and comfortable working across multiple services
  • Teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCert, mentorship, practice assessor)
  • Experience in clinical education roles
