What You Will Be Doing

As a Night Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands‑on, person‑centred role where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting residents with personal care tasks (where required)
  • Encouraging participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
  • Delivering care in line with individual care plans

You’ll take the time to get to know each resident and support them in a way that respects their goals, preferences and independence.
