At Inspire Neurocare, we place the people we support at the heart of our service and shape our specialist care and rehabilitation around their unique needs. We focus on enabling people to live with independence through nursing care, therapeutic interventions and lifestyle adaptations required for people living with neurological symptoms whatever their condition or prognosis.
We are currently recruiting for Rehab Assistants to join our state-of-the-art neurological rehabilitation centre in Worcester. The Rehab Assistants will work beside our Home Manager and the wonderful Worcester team. As a Rehab Assistant you will work as part of our friendly and supportive staff to deliver excellent standards of care to our residents.

What you’ll do:
- You’ll care for people in the way a family member might care for someone in their home.
- Supporting residents with personal care, helping make their bed, supporting them with their meals, spending time with them to understand their care needs, arranging a family meal with their loved ones or taking them to the beauty salon.
- You’ll assist with activities, daily living, providing support and building relationships with residents by spending quality time together as a friend and companion.
