Job Summary: Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. You will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Duties:
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
– Provide personal care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toileting
– Observe and monitor children\’s development, behaviour, and health
– Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
– Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child\’s progress
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
– Follow all nursery policies and procedures

Requirements:
– Minimum of a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
– Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
– Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for children
– Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
