We are in search of qualified educators/practitioners to join our team.
With high numbers of 1, 2 & 3-year-olds currently seeking placements at our Nursery, we are continuing our search for dedicated individuals to start with us.
Salary: Dependent on qualification and experience but above NMW/NLW
Our nurseries have good reputations, and we aim to maintain the high standards for which we received a \”good\” rating in all areas during our last inspections.
You will be someone who demonstrates a mature attitude, focused on delivering excellent standards, with a natural ability to work as part of a team.
We will provide the following onboarding training:
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
We are looking for someone responsible, flexible, and able to use their own initiative.
You must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special.
You should be able to laugh at jokes you don\’t understand or don\’t find funny! A touch of quirkiness is appreciated. If a child asks you to be a pirate captain, be the best pirate captain you can be!
You must be comfortable announcing bathroom visits to everyone in the room.
The ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential, though singing in tune is not necessary.
You should be able to give warm hugs as needed.
Skills in rapidly counting the heads of moving children are crucial.
You must be comfortable with being in public places after work, possibly with unknown substances on your clothing.
Be comfortable discussing bodily functions and respond to them accordingly.
A good sense of smell helps in responding to bodily functions.
You should be able to pretend to eat playdough creations and drink pretend tea.
Read a ten-page fairy tale upside down, with interruptions, is a required skill.
Be prepared to have lots of fun and engage in laughter during your workday.
Finally, be ready to feel loved, special, and important to our children and their families.
