We are looking for qualified (level 2 /3) early years educators to join our team of early years specialists.

Early Years Educatorspromote child led learning within all age groups and provide environments that are engaging, offering a variety of experiences that are sequenced, challenging and achievable to extend the children’s learning.

You will need to be: passionate about early years, a child magnet, as well as; skilled at teaching young children, know when to ask questions and when to listen, patient, reliable, flexible, friendly, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working.

Your role will include: being a key person, planning, observations and assessments. Providing high quality learning activities and experiences as well as excellent care routines. Work in partnership with parents. Help to deliver high standards, the company ethos and maintain our outstanding Ofsted status.

Established in 2001, The Charnwood Nursery & Pre-school Group (CNPG) began as a single site, 26 place pre-school and now comprises of four nursery and pre-school settings as well as three out of school and holiday clubs based in Thurmaston, Syston, Rothley and Mountsorrel.We deliver a bespoke curriculum, designed around the needs of children and their families, ensuring that they gain skills, knowledge and confidence for future learning.
