About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and staff alike. Your role will include:
- Assisting in the overall management of the nursery
- Leading and mentoring the team, acting as a positive role model
- Supporting with planning, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and external agencies
- Upholding the high standards of care and education Little Flyers is known for
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an early years setting
- A passion for early childhood education and a genuine love of working with children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve
